A recent discovery I made about candy is if you have trouble popping to much of it throughout the day try this, ginger candy! There are some natural and clean options out there for this unexpected delight. Let me expound on this:
Ginger candy is slightly sweet, very warm and lingers in the mouth. The taste is so strong that I have to pace myself or it will become to spicy. This fact will help lower the amount of pieces you eat in the day. A "back door" strategy like this may be just the stepping stone you need for even more healthy changes in your life.
