My Programs


As a client of one of my health coaching programs, you will;

I have three programs to serve you;

  1. Jump Start! Learn the basics between sugar and refined sugar and how it effects the human body in this one month program. Also receive two one hour sessions that month as we examine your daily diet and begin to understand what can be done. While in this program you will receive:

  • Two 50 min sessions in one month. 30 days. 
  • Email support between sessions. 
  • Coaching and support to enable you to make the necessary dietary and lifestyle changes you want to achieve. 
  • Useful handouts. 
  • Notices of workshops, special events and tele-seminars. 
  • Clearance to join private social media groups where you will enjoy knowledgeable articles, recipes, blog posts and newsletters.
  • Recommendations based on you and your case.
  • An introduction to Primary Food.  
  • Some useful recipes. 


  1. Power Surge. In this three month program you will get to work with me in one hour sessions once every two weeks. Here we intently focus on your daily diet and upgrade the food your consume. This program also includes a workshop with other clients about shopping in farmers markets. In this program you will experience:


  • One 60 minute session every two weeks for three months.
  • Email support between sessions. 
  • Coaching and accountability to empower you to make the changes in your diet and lifestyle that are necessary for candida balance.  
  • Plenty of useful handouts, book titles, tele-seminars and a workshop.
  • Clearance to join private social media groups where you will enjoy knowledgeable articles, recipes, blog posts and monthly newsletters. 
  • Recommendations based on you and your case. 
  • An Understanding of Primary Food.


  1. Start Anew. In Star Anew we work for a full six months on restarting your diet as a whole.  This gives you time for you to settle into your new way of eating and for your gut to heal.  You and I dive deep into your beliefs about food and the choices you make with it.  We attack hard on your candida overgrowth. Also there is a workshop on navigating a health food store and the secret to purchasing cheep vegetables and fruits.

  • A reserved spot to all workshops and tele-seminars. 
  • Two 60 minute sessions every other week for six months.  
  • Email support between sessions. 
  • Coaching and accountability to empower you to make the changes in your diet and lifestyle that are necessary for candida balance.  
  • Plenty of useful handouts, book titles, tele-seminars and workshops.
