So is fat good or bad?  According to Sally Fallon Morell there are a lot of good things in grass fed butter.  Here is a chart of some of those compounds:
High levels in grass-fed butter:
Vitamins A, D, E, K.
Copper
Zinc
Selenium
Iodine

People have been eating butter for centuries, especially in Europe.  So why do so many people think that it's bad?  For many health professionals it's about a lack of education and proper use.  Plus portion problems and quality concerns.  Eating butter can be a satisfying and healthy habit.  I always think of what my Grandfather said, "You get what you pay for!"
Eat wisely,
