   Who wants to feel lighter and have more energy?  We all do of course!  How can we accomplish such a feat?  By becoming more regular.  When was the last time you went to the bathroom?  Was it enough?  Did you feel better afterward or worse?  Here are three tips to getting better results on the "Porcelain Throne":
1. Sit for a few minutes on the toilet and just relax.  Focus on what you are doing.  Do this a few times a day at the same time every day for a few weeks.    
2. Eat your greens!  Kale, Bok Choy, Romaine lettuce and Spinach are a great start.
3. Drink your water.  If your excrement is all dried up it's not going to pass very easily.
