Exercise...we all hate doing it. The important thing is to start where you'er at. Walking in your neighborhood is a great way to get some time in and there are even techniques to exercise without weights! Swimming is one of my personal favorites because of the low impact on joints and you don't get hot and sweaty.
I know I don't have to tell you why exercise is good for you, but I may need to encourage you to find fitness strategies that work for you. There are so many different ways to move your body! If you try something and don't like it (after you've given it a proper chance) try something else! Remember to challenge yourself to! I really hope that this post will reinvigorate you to move forward in your goals and remember,
